The Sounds of Summer Concert Series brings live music to Downtown Center each Tuesday and Thursday evening during the months of June, July and August. What began in 1998 from an informal gathering of local musicians has grown into a much-anticipated community tradition that some might argue is the best part of summer. The concerts are free and typically feature bluegrass bands on Tuesdays and country/southern rock on Thursday evenings, weather permitting, from 7 to 9 p.m. As a special feature of this series, one evening a month is set aside for a tribute band that features the songs of some of our favorite artists.

Spectators are invited to bring a chair or a blanket and enjoy a snack from our concession stand.

The Band From the Edge is a Party Rock and Roll with a taste of twisted country! "FROM The EDGE” will keep you on your feet!
